Citizenship Clinics
Time: 9am - 3pm

Date: Citizenship Clinics are hosted monthly. Please check with your local CASA office for the next available date.

Location: Various locations including Rockville Welcome Center, Baltimore Welcome Center, Langley Park Welcome Center, York Welcome Center, and Woodbridge Welcome Center.

CASA hosts monthly citizenship clinics to give legal permanent residents an opportunity to 1) consult with an immigration attorney 2) complete the citizenship application 3) learn about citizenship classes 4) learn about the fee waiver and check if they qualify for a free application and 5) learn about financial support to afford the process. *Must be a legal permanent resident to attend. *Must be a CASA member. Walk-ins accepted but highly recommend registering. Please call your local office to register and for information about what documents to bring.
Tax Preparation Clinics

CASA provides tax preparation services through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Only households with a 2018 income lower than $54,000.00 qualify for this services. This service is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact 240-491-5747 or fcartagena@wearecasa.org to make an appointment. *Do not need to be a CASA member.
Financial Literacy Workshops

We offer various financial education services including credit management, household budgeting, affording naturalization and other immigration fees, banking, and more. Individual advising and group advising available. Workshops and private sessions are arranged on a case by case basis. Please contact your local office to arrange a workshop or session. CASA also offers ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) Workshops for immigrants who need to apply for or renew their ITIN. ITIN workshops are held monthly.
